Common questions

How do I find my booking reference?
Open Lucon → My Bookings → tap your booking. The reference appears near the top of the details screen.
What if I can’t find my driver at pickup?
Use Live Trip Help above. Share your current location (if prompted) and confirm the pickup point shown in your booking.
I paid but didn’t receive a receipt.
Choose Payment & Invoice and include your booking reference and email used at checkout.
Can I cancel and get a refund?
Refund rules depend on booking type and timing. Send your request with the booking reference and we’ll confirm eligibility.
