05 · Frequently Asked Questions
Cruise Day Planning FAQs
How does the on-time return to ship guarantee work?
Every private tour and transfer is planned around your ship’s published schedule with a built-in 2-hour return buffer before departure. LUCON private drivers monitor ship docking times in real time, so if your docking is delayed, your pickup is automatically adjusted.
Where do I meet my LUCON driver at Port Castries?
Your driver will meet you right outside your ship’s assigned terminal exit (Pointe Seraphine or La Place Carenage) holding a personalized sign with your name. You step directly into a private, air-conditioned vehicle without waiting for shared bus passengers.
What happens if my cruise ship cannot dock or misses Saint Lucia?
If your ship cancels its port call or cannot dock due to weather or itinerary changes, your booking is 100% refundable with zero cancellation fees.
What is included in the tour price?
Every excursion quote clearly states all inclusions: private air-conditioned vehicle, dedicated local driver-guide, chilled refreshments, pier pickup and return, and attraction admission fees as specified. Transparent pricing means no hidden charges at the port.
Can we customize our stops or request a bespoke itinerary?
Yes. While our verified tours cover the most popular highlights, you can also book direct private transport to your chosen destination or contact Rohan directly to craft a fully customized shore itinerary.
