Bookings and Pickup
- Passengers are responsible for entering accurate pickup, drop-off, flight, cruise, passenger, and contact details.
- Pickup timing may be adjusted for operational reasons, flight delays, cruise timing, weather, traffic, or safety conditions.
- Keep your confirmation and support contact available on the travel day.
Payment and Changes
- Review the selected route, tour, date, passenger count, and total before payment.
- Changes, cancellations, refunds, or credits depend on the active booking details and operational status at the time of the request.
